Abstract

This paper depicts the observations made by researcher during the visit of migrant sugarcane harvesting workers camp at Malegaon Bk Cooperative Sugar Factory (which is an ethnographic exploration). An ethnography research method has used to study the migrant life of sugarcane harvesting workers. These observations were recorded in the month of January to February 2024. The researcher has captured routine, social life, problems, health issues, good and bad incidents etc. of migrant sugarcane harvesting workers.
