PECBOs are a new instrument for road safety, able to develop an effective road policing strategy, with a framework vision focused on road crashes reduction. PECBOs constitute a significant effort for road safety and first results show that the joint efforts from participating countries produce an increase of road safety indexes. evidences recommends continuing to organize PECBOs in the future, involving all road safety Authorities, intenational agencies and stakeholders, also adopting the "mutual trust holistic approach" and evaluating the possible outcoming best practices.
