Abstract

This study aims to analyze the praxis of "Yayasan Bimbingan dan Kesejahteraan Sosial" (the social guidance and welfare foundation) in managing and mobilizing social capital within the context of transformative diaconia to achieve just peacebuilding. This study employs a qualitative case study method with an interdisciplinary approach, alongside a literature review of social capital. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, documentation, and literature review. The research finds that "Yayasan Bimbingan dan Kesejahteraan Social" makes comprehensive use of social capital, encompassing network ties, specifically bonding, bridging, and linking, as well as its cognitive and rational dimensions. The study concludes that the use of comprehensive social capital can foster sustainable social service provision by an organization.
