Abstract

In the end, the improvement of the Tridharma of Higher Education is the main thing in copyright. Good management will produce copyrights that are truly in accordance with the expertise of the lecturer. Thus the form of accountability remains with the lecturer and there is a division of justice in the line of work so that the provision of incentives is performance-based.
